Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email ([email protected]) at first.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Requires return in original packaging.
  • Returned items without permission won't be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was sent. Additionally, you will require the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Costs

  • Should the return arise from our errors (such as: defective products, issues with product quality), you will receive a complete reimbursement.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs if the return is the result of an issue with the buyer (such as not liking or wanting the item, ordering the incorrect product or size).

General Return Process

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Policies

  • It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s),Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order. Note:You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
  • Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Refunds are not accepted for items on sale.
  • Customer-caused damage or loss is not refundable.

Exchanges

Online order exchanges are not currently available. The original product must be returned for a refund, and the replacement must be purchased separately.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your return once it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

In two to three business days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
